Hi,
Arthur Regal was a Postmaster General in Burma. During the uprising he was killed. His wife Ann and their three children eventually moved to India. Arthur & Ann were born in 1850 approx.Family were sure they came from England but I've found no records for them. I understand that the children were born in Burma, but again have no records. Apparently information was all burnt in the uprising.Children were Hephzibah Esther Regal born 12th Feb 1878, her twin sister Louise, and their brother Letitic have no birth year for him. Hephzibah married Daniel Kirk in Secunderbad, India 1896. Daniel was a soldier in the British Army. I have their marriage certificate. Any information on this family would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
