My Italian grandfather was born in Tunis on August 17, 1891 (found on his draft registration). Can anyone tell me how to obtain a copy of his birth certificate from Tunisia? His last name was Donato, first name Orestes. His parents were Guiseppe and Nunzia Donato (maiden name Nunzia). I can find no record of parents marriage. I appreciate any suggestions.
