Hello everyone.
Can some kind soul help me in my search for some missing links.
My mother in law has an Uncle who came to South Africa between 1901-1914, as far as we know he had two sons Robert and David RIPLEY.
Her Uncle was called David Ripley and his wife was called Jessie Coote. We believe they married in South Africa.
We think that at one time the family either had a garage or a car dealership.
As my mother in law is 80 in November I am trying to tie up all her loose ends for her.
Her one regret is that she did not keep in contact with her cousins after the death of her father.
Please can anyone help as I don't know where else to turn.
