Can anybody tell me where I can find a list of past Mayors of Bethlehem and the periods they served? I am particularly looking for information about my Granduncle James Starrett who married Helen Simpson and had a Cartage Contracting business in Bethlehem in the early 1900s. They had four children Robert Clifford, Francis James Fulton, Douglas Melvyn and Joyce Violet. James Starrett was the brother of my grandfather Francis Starrett of Ladysmith, Natal.
