Help needed - Scottish girl emigrated UK to South Africa about 1850

I'm looking for a source for UK to SA passenger lists for about 1850. Annie McLaran emigrated, ending up in Durban, when she was about 8, so about 1850. Her mother died on the voyage. I can't find where to locate that death certificate.
Annie married in SA, to Thomas Lloyd Jones, in the early 1860's. I can't find listings on ancestry for SA marriage certificates.
Annie and Thomas returned to England with their family in about 1876. The passenger lists for this journey that I've been able to find all seem to start in 1877, when I believe the family were already in England - birth of a child in London.

The names of Annie's parents and her younger siblings are unknown, so the 1850 (approx) passenger list may be a source of this information. Presumably her marriage certificate, if this can be found, might give some details about the family.

Can anyone help?
