Looking for any information about the descendants of Yanouri. My father Tayeb Yanouri heard that we are originally from Spain.

My family 's name is Yanouri too.
My parents and me live in France but my parents were born in Morocco, me in France.
Where do you live? Do your father is moroccan or algerian?
My father Mohamed Yanouri (ben Moussa) says us that we came from Turkey (during the invasion in 18th century) and some of our family still live in Algeria. In Morocco, Yanouri family live for the majority in the north east, just in the frontiers with Algeria. The city name is Berkane, or Ain Reggada.
I would know more of their past too. I know there is arabs and berbers from the rif. So it's all.

Thank you so much for you e-mail. I am from Morocco, but I live in the United States and my parents are from Morocco too. My father is originally from Ain Reggada and my mother is from Saferou. If you ask your parents, they may know my father. He used to jewelry boutique. Once my uncle was telling stories about his youth and he told that we are from Spain. I am really curious to know about Yanouri’s past.

I told my parents about your father. They have seen him before his departure for USA the last week.
My uncle tell me that is possible we came from Spain and with the ottomans invasions, there were some "mixte" between Moroccans and Ottomans.

My father Yahya was born in Berkane, Morroco. Father: Abdelkar Bellai and Mother: Zahra Yanouri
Zahra, daughter of Hagbrahim, was born around 1913 in Regada, Morroco.
Hagbrahim was born in Regada also. According to my father, Hagbrahim was very famous. He was a farmer with lots of country and lots of animals like sheeps, cows etc.

Yahya lives in Germany for 44 years. I just moved to the US and I live in NYC.

I told my mother about HagBrahim, she said me he was the brother of Abdelkader, my grand grand father. Abdelkader was the father of my grand mother Yamna (mother of my father Mohamed). She died this year (may the 9st), 95 years.
Your grand father HagBrahim must be younger as his brother Abdelkader.
Do you have heard about Chafi Yanouri? Perhaps he was HagBrahim and Abdelkader brother's.
And about inrall? This is the hamlet (lieu-dit) where live yanouri's family.
My mother told your mother Zhara "Hamti" (aunt, side of father).
