Trying to find the family of my great great grandfather Samuel S. Sevier (b. April 1861)in Marshall, Liberia (Bassa). He was brought to the US as part of the Presbyterian Mission to be educated. I am also trying to also determine if he is related to a family of emancipated slaves who emigrated from TN to Liberia on the Mariposa via the American Colonization Society in August 1842.
