I am searching for information on my great-great grandparents, who were from Cape Verde. Geraldo (Gerald) and Constacia S. (Constance) Bans came to Providence Rhode Island from Cape Verde in 1904. Their children were Alice (my great grandmother), George (served in World War II), Arthur, Elsie, Silvia, Chelsea, and Cecilia.
