When the Ancestry public member profiles were updated recently, an error was introduced that prevented message board administrators from contacting posters using the anonymous Connection Service without having a subscription. We believe that this error has now been resolved. If you are logged-in to the Message Boards Admin Center you should be able to contact any poster on the board you administer without having a subscription.
