Thanks for the reply, I also found some of those names that are linked to that motto, but also could not find the actual coat of arms. I beleive the bottom Latin motto is spelt correctly and would be relative to the time and country the banner was made in, which brings me back to the top "motto" I still do not know what language it is? I have attached a couple of more pictures that show the actual coat of arms a little clearer.
