I am researching the family line of Robert Law b. 1771 (73) in Scotland and Mary Jamison b. 1773 in Ireland. They migrated to the United States settling in Washington County, Pennsylvania. There they had ten children, the second youngest, James b 1809 is my direct ancestor. They settled in New Lexinton, Perry, Ohio in 1835 and they both died there, he in 1860 and she in 1850. They had ten children, seven boys and three girls: John married Mary Perry Robert d. abt 1825 Samuel married Hannah Brown William d. 1883 married Sarah Dodan settled in Xenia, Ohio Thomas b. 1794 d. 1878 married Mary Buchanan removed to Iowa Sarah b. 1795 married Aaron Johnson abt 1812 Jane b 1797 d 1882 married Robert Welch and had kids Mary b 1808 d 1890 Married James McFadden and had 7 kids James Andrew b 1816 d 1895 married Hannah Hull and Sarah Smith
