Great to hear you are a Jackson descendent. I encourage you to do dna testing, but from the way I understand it, you wouldn't qualify for the Jackson surname test. To test for that you would have to have an unbroken line of male Jacksons. You should, however, be able to test for the surname that you currently have. For instance, if your name is "John Smith," you would probably qualify for the Smith dna project. Cindy
