I know of a Joseph Duchemin. I believe he was the brother of my Grandmother Nora Duchemin. Not certain of his birth year but I am guessing around 1880-1910 - could be either side of that range though. Not certain if my Grandmother Nora was born in Houghton County, Michigan or Canada as some of the siblings were born in both places. Her father was Felix Duchemin and mother was Julia Aubain. Felix came to Houghton County, Michigan some time around 1900 from Canada (died about 1918-1930). If this seems like a "fit" for your Joseph Duchamin please reply and I can share more information with you. Wisconsin would be a good possability as you can almost throw a cat from Houghton County, Michigan to Wisconsin! Cliff Caldwell
