Hi Annie I know that I can't help you on Coulter's. My Coulter's came from SC. He was born, according to his youngest son, in CT and she in SC. His name was Moses F. Coulter and hers Martha. Also I don't know if this will be of any help to you on the Bennetts. My gtgrandfather was born abt abt 1841. He is said to have been born in VA. but that portion of the state subsequently change to WV. His name was Henry Harrison Bennett. He ended up in River View, AL and had at least 10 children. It is know that he was married at least one time before and had one child and it is rumored that he may have been married more that that. I would like to find that he is one of the Bennetts that you are referring to as because as of right now this is where my wall is on this relative. Thanks and let me hear from you. John Coulter
