Donna - Thanks for the info. Theresia is the same I think as Theresa, as she would have been my Great Grandfather Michael Sr.'s wife. His father was Joseph Brandl born abt. 1820. Theresia's parents were George Schreiner and Theresa Weiner, although I don't have any dates or birthplaces for them. Much of what I have learned comes from Marsha Brandl who's great grandfather was also Michael Jr., so obviously you two are more closely related. Don't know anything about the others that you mentioned, but if you find more in the St. Mary's records please share it with me. Finally yes, the other Donna Brandl is indeed Donna Crotteau from Rudolph, and is my wife of almost 40 years. We lived in Wis. Rapids for a long time, then Wausau and now in Charlottesville, VA.
