Hi Gavin, Elizabeth's father was Hugh Smith. He lived in Fernlester, near Coleraine, Ireland. Hugh and my g-grandmother, Sarah Jane Smith Hight were siblings. Hugh's parents were Michael and Ann (Campbell) Smith. I have a copy of a letter that was written in the 1880's when another brother, John Smith, who lived in New York, went back to Ireland, England and Scotland to visit relatives.
