I have an Anthony WINSTON, Jr b 25 Nov 1750 in Louisa Co, VA. He married Keziah JONES in Buckingham Co, VA 11 Mar 1776. Keziah was born 11 Feb 1760. She was a daughter of John JONES and Elizabeth WALKER. Anthony and Keziah had a son named Edmund WINSTON who married Sarah FRY who was a daughter of Thomas Walker FRY and Elizabeth Speed SMITH. Edmund and Sarah had a daughter named Katherine WINSTON born in TN. Also Anthony WINSTON, Jr and Keziah JONES had a daughter named Alice Taylor WINSTON b 21 Dec 1790 in Buckingham Co, VA and died 22 Nov 1871. Alice married John PETTUS in 1807 in Davidson Co, TN. Now I also have a Martha WINSTON b abt 1755 and died 7 Nov 1820 in Wilson Co, TN. She married George HUDDLESTON, the son of Robert HUDDLESTON and Elizabeth CARTER. I have thought that Martha WINSTON was a sister of Anthony WINSTON above but no proof. Do you know? Ruby Talley Smith rubygem@aol.com
