> Searching for a Daniel M. Edge, Sr. (b. 1776, location unknown, d. 17 Sept 1859 in Horry County, SC) He was married to a Sarah Jane. He did have a brother William (md. to ?Elizabeth). Daniel has been found in the census for SC in 1800, but nowhere before that. I'm wondering if he may have been in NC prior to the 1800 census. His children to Sarah were: Sarah Jane (b abt 1804, d 1855, md #1 Thomas R HARRIS, #2 John JONES); Nancy Ann (b abt 1807, d. aft 1880, md Rev. Solomon Abel KING); Daniel M. EDGE, Jr. (b 1810, d 1892, md #1 Catherine SMITH, #2 Spicey Ann REAVES); Mary Elizabeth (b 1812, d 1894, md. Chestnut TODD); Eliza Ann (b 1821 d 1907, md. Joseph Marion KING; William S. (b 1823 md. Mary); Joseph Bragg (b 1815 d 1870 md Vina Ann PARKER); Frances H. (b 1820 md. John James REAVES; and Alexius (b 1809 d 1857).
