Hello Sally, Now that I've read the entire thread here, I see that you might be the person who could answer my question about Selden Phelps who was the sister to Rachel. Do you know who their parents were? I am researching Silas Phelps Sr. (m. Amitys Cone). This Silas Phelps had a son Selden who would have been born in NY somewhere around 1800 give or take 10 years. I also obtained research that was done by a distant family member years ago who conjectured that there were two Phelps brothers in Michigan, Daniel and James, who may have been related to Silas but so far I've not found enough information to prove it one way or another.
