I have just gone through all the messages on this board that have the surnames I am researching. Alcona County on-line resources still leave alot to be desired. Although, some of these postings are 10 years old, I am hoping that you are still checking this board and still researching. The families I am interested in are: Smith, Raymond & Crosby, Maude (father Harry, son of Almiron) Zola Crosby & John Mac Donald (siter to above Harry) Verna Smith & Duncan Dewar (daughter, Christina married William Nestle and still lives in Harrisville) Grace Smith & Levi Stockton Pearl Day & Francis Dellar (Pearl was daughter of Dora Crosby & James Day....Dora sister of above Harry) There is also mention of Thompson's, Dillon (from Canada) The families came from Canada, Ohio, Michigan. Am willing to exchange info on current generations. Many are buried in Twin Lakes Cemetery, but am still trying to track the rest.
