Court Order Book - 1824 - 31 "Genealogical" Index Note: This index contains only entries which pertain to relationships between individuals such as guardianship orders and accounts, apprenticeship bonds, widows' dowers, proofs of heirs, etc. Also included are statements of soldiers who took part in the American Revolution for pension purposes and their wives as widows. As far as African-Americans are concerned, proofs of free-born blacks and emancipation orders are also listed.
