Hi, Since information is sketchy, at best, regarding genealogy from "way back when", I'm unsure but perhaps Jacob Job Cooper is the brother of my possible 3rd great grandmother, Mary Ann Cooper (b. 1816 d. 1862), married Larnerd Salmon Case and is buried in Des Moines, Iowa.
