Hi Meredith! It would be so cool to see the Powell info you have. I corresponded with some one in Newton County last year and he sent me copies of probate records for Moses Sr. I'd be glad to share them with you. I've heard of the book but have not seen it. I found some info in a book called The Powell Families of Virginia and The South and until your posting was stuck at Moses N. and Ann Burney.
