You can obtain the Registration of Death - from the Govt of Alberta Vital Statistics Dept - Registry Offices. This will include all personal information required at the time as known to the informant. Includes name of Funeral Home in charge of arrangements etc. Cemetery etc. Cemetery office can also give you the name of the funeral home in charge. Searched the Alberta GenWeb Local History Book Site - for the Gates surname. Found the following - family connected? GATES, P.
