Any Schambow of this spelling is connected to me in the United States. I have found additional infromation on Peter Schambow also listed as Peter CHAMBEAU he was born April 10 1764 no sure where but married on Nov 12, 1790 in Shartstorf to Anna Elizabeth Sienel 1771-March 31, 1816, I found six children using CHAMBEAU/SCHAMBOW IN LDS church records, Maria Sophia Elizabeth b 5-20-1791, Anna Magaretha Dorothea b 7-19-1793, Catarina Elizabeth Maria b 9-15-1796, Jochen Hartwig Johann b 2-16-1799,Catherine Sophia Dorothea b 4-23-1804 d 5-23-1817 and my line Johann Christian Frederick b 4-23-1801 after his wife died he remarried on Oct 2, 1818 to Anna Sophia Dorothea Dreves. Peter died in Dec 27, 1826 in a tragic fire of his home.
