John was married to Catherine in my family tree as well. His son, John Gemberling married Catherine Moyer and later Elizabeth Moyer. I am not aware of children of these two marriages but their brother, William Moyer had a son, Henry, whose son, John F. Moyer had 8 children, one of whom was Foster who is my grandfather. I am tracking the Moyer family which began in 1771 with a John Moyer. His parents are absolute unknowns to my family and ancestor searches just dead end. It is believed that he ran away from home when he was 7 and was perhaps raised by a family named Miller. He married Anna Margaret Miller and had Elizabeth, Catherine, and William whom I mentioned earlier. If you have any information to help me out, please let me know.
