Subject: When is a duplicate not a duplicate... now how do I solve the question?

Hi,
So in the last day or so something has happened, where I have started seeing multiple duplicates of the same families of individuals AND I get a black and white restriction sign appear on images erroneously.
The two screen clips attached were taken 5 minutes apart after a screen refresh.
They are of the normal Ancestry Website Tree's view using IE11.
There is no pattern to the b&w restriction sign appearing, and the photos are still present when you access an individual.
Also, I have done all I can to de-duplicate individuals, but there are no actual duplicates in this portion of my family tree. I can change the name on any one of the erroneous duplicates that you see in the attached and the name change appears on all the "duplicate" copies.
Weird! But the question is how do I fix it?
Ideas / Help?
My tree is synced to the last 64bit edition of FTM too.
Many thanks
James Usmar
