Thank you for your post, I am now getting serious about my research and this was the first "blog" I visited, mainly because all my family belonged to "North Fork Colored." I have located/visited my 2/3 grandmothers grave site and it appears as you say, huts gone, however there is a small foot marker with names. Cemetery is behind Big Arbor Indian Baptist Church I haven't been there is about 10 years, but it is still accessible. I haven't found it located on any lists. It is in area that was North Fork Town (Fame) etc. It is definitely a "Indian" cemetery. Parry (Nero,Hawkins, Robinson) Hettie (Grayson,Nero,Hawkins), Freedmen's Roll, but buried in Indian Cemetery. Now that I have retired I am in the area.
