Your information is correct although John was born at Windsor but married Hannah Hanchett and had his children in Suffield. He subsequently moved to New Marlborough, Berkshire Co., Mass. where he died. His widow remarried. Libbeus Stannard was a brother of my ancestor Claudius Stannard, both being sons of John (b. Windsor, CT 1730) and Hannah (Hanchett) Stannard, Jr. John Stannard (b. about 1700), father of John (b. 1730), Mary (b. 1733) and Joseph (b. 1739) who were all born in Windsor, CT, married Eunice Crow (b. Hartford, CT about July 1707) on 30 May 1728 at First Church, Hartford (See Marriage Records of First Church, Hartford, CT, Vol. 1, p. 244). Eunice was the daughter of Thomas Crow (?b. May 1679); she was baptized 27 July 1707 at First Church, Hartford, CT. (See Families of Early Hartford, Connecticut by Lucius Barnes Barbour) Thomas Crow was possibly the son of Christopher Crow who died in 1680 and married 15 Jan 1656/57 Mary Burr; after Christopher's death Marry married Josiah Clarke; she was the daughter of Benjamin Burr and his wife Anna.

I would love to know who are the parents of the John Stannard who married Eunice Crow -- with source identified also, of course.
