Hello!
I was able to find information on Cecil Francis James but Marie Tremblay is such a common name that there are all sorts of candidates. Do you have any other information about Marie, places she may have lived, occupation, approximate year of birth or anything, no matter how insignificant?
If you don't have a subscription to Ancestry you won't be able to see the documents to which I'm providing links. If so, let me know and I can download them and post them as attachments.
Cecil Francis James was born 28 September 1897 in Nipissing, Ontario to John James and Eliza Jane Pennell.

He returned from the war on the RMS Mauretania which sailed from Liverpool and arrived in Halifax on 6 June 1919:

He had a brother Eric and sister Alma. Here he is in the 1901, 1911 and 1921 censuses:

It looks like he died in Thunder Bay on 12 February 1959 and he appears to have never married.
Cheers,
Soosi
