What they *really* need is a dialogue box on the first page of the search results that says "Did you find what you were looking for on this first page of results" and then gives you a choice of yes or no and that question MUST be answered before anything else can be done. *GRIN*
Once answered, the answer is recorded by Ancestry and when the yes's outnumber the no's then they know they are on the right track.
Oh- and those totals for yes/no are displayed on Ancestry's home page so everyone can track them!
